Dear TNB workers, please quit your job & work for IPP companies
Tenaga Nasional Berhad CEO annual salary = RM1,107,280.00
Apple Inc. CEO annual salary = RM3.62
And they gave a mere 3% increment in wages of their fully dedicated engineers & employees. If this is the best practices of a Malaysian GLC, I really do think that you, the TNB employees, should leave Tenaga Nasional & start looking for other work in other sectors with your specialty. I mean, what is the point of working for someone who doesn’t appreciate your hard efforts? You sweat, you teared, you bleed for them. You sacrificed your whole life for them. But in the end, they ignored you. They think that you are not worth their time & not willing to contribute just a little bit of their newly replenished cash flow. Such fuckers.
If you start to think “did Petronas increased their employee wages”… no, they didn’t. But, the perks that comes with the job is definitely better than what Tenaga Nasional Berhad is giving. Period.
I support the boycott. It’s time for these people to know & should know that without people like you, they have nothing. No company to run. No business to make. Period.
Since you people are so smart in economics & business, I dare you to compare. (emotional, unattended, dumb remark made in an instant, but the anger & frustration is the same)
But it doesn’t mean that working for an IPP company things would be different. I have no idea. Hah!
