This is going to backfire. Maybe, there will be an increase of accidents occuring at night. Why? Because we dumb Malaysians will opt to drive at night just because it’s cheaper to do so. And it’s not that cheap, just an average difference of RM2.00 – RM5.00. But knowing us, RM5.00 cheaper is better than nothing.
Off peak discounts? Come on guys, you’re not in the telecommunication business. You’re in the infrastructure business. It’s 2 different businesses providing 2 different services & benefits and runs on 2 different business models & gives out 2 different implications (cause & effect) to the public. Sigh. I wonder who is the master planner.
And they say their profits went down by 15.5%. Look guys, the rakyat opts not to use your expressways because it’s expensive. Making matters worse, to travel by flight is a way cheaper & better option for us now. We rather not use your bad surfaced highways & extremely high toll prices to travel.
And I wonder, what happen to the toll collections. Bought a new Mercedes lately? Or was it a Z4?
Maybe companies should start implementing night shifts for those who loves the owl. And companies should encourage virtual workplaces. It’s not difficult to control nowadays. Then again, we Asians are masters of procastination & “fucking up the benefits”.
