Nano-licious!
Everybody was waiting what will be revealed on 7th September ‘05 Apple event. “Speculations”:http://www.thinksecret.com/news/0508brieflyevent2.html running wild, spilling “stories”:http://www.thinksecret.com/news/0509ipod.html on what will Steve Jobs be introducing to the masses. Mostly the hype was all about a “phone”:http://www.apple.com/itunes/mobile/, new “flash memory based players”:http://www.apple.com/ipodnano/ and an “update”:http://www.apple.com/itunes/overview/ to their “music software”:http://www.apple.com/itunes/. Invitations were sent out & Jobs would be expected to make the attendees jump out from their seat. And probably, they “did”:http://www.thinksecret.com/news/0509event.html.

Introducing the new little brother of the iPod, “iPod Nano”:http://www.apple.com/ipodnano/. This one, I bet everyone jumped up & hollering Jobs to have a feel and to fondle the Nano. 1.5 inch color screen, 2GB or 4GB of storage and the most amazing, small, slim size. Small here means width & length of a business card. Slim here means the thickness is about 5 business cards stacked together (so they say). The looks — DAMN! The features — GILE COOL! The coolness level — MADNESS!
The photo above shows somebody’s thumb on the Nano. News sources said the Nano will be shipped to Asia around a week or so. So, that makes another month or so for Malaysia. Priced at USD$199 for 2GB & USD$249 for 4GB. That’s about RM800 for 2GB and RM1000 for 4GB.
