“Google Talk”:http://www.google.com/talk/, now available on beta. Audio + text chat. Simply impressive. “Kottke”:http://www.kottke.org is coming closer to a “conclusion”:http://www.kottke.org/05/08/googleos-webos.
Here’s another. While I was fooling around my settings in “Gmail”:http://gmail.google.com, I noticed something new. There is now a feature that allows you to have multiple(yes, i mean multiple!) “From” & “Reply-To” email addresses! For all of you who has his/her own domain(s), now you can actually fully utilize your Gmail account by setting up your incoming emails to be forwarded to your Gmail. Totally centralized! Gile cool!
To make full use of this new feature, go to your Gmail Account settings. Then fill in your spare email address. “Google”:http://www.google.com then will send a verification to your spare email address & it will be delivered to your spare email address. Copy & paste in the verification code & you’re done. Simply superb!
Googlians, let’s rise above!
I have: sneaked into other people’s house, a thief, bungee jumped into the sea, loved someone, hated someone, hurted (not yet killed) someone, punched someone, made other people bleed, lived a (sort of) luxurious life, getting paid 120 bucks a day for years, worked, lived, survived at Langkawi, dived into the sea to wharf a -tug boat- barge, caused some innocent people to lose their jobs, met Dr.M on numerous occasions, worked & lived thru days with government officers, survived a serious car accident, designed & developed a website for the “Diva”:http://www.ning.com.my, been a Scout, picked up rollerblading & never looked back, an affair with a rich girl, more girl friends than guy friends, formed my own “business”:http://www.redboot.net, survived the Keadilan mob attack in KL, toured with my friends around Malaysia(well, almost) just to skate, backpacked to 3 different states so far, tried long distance relationship, partied like a crazy frog all night long, been to Backroom, been to Movement, been to Geylang Road(Hotel 81!), been able to understand the Brunei Malay language, co-founded a growing collective that goes beyond just rollerblading, founded a “website”:http://www.kjrollers.com for that collective, been onto the floors of the Incubus concert, worked & still working with a prominent Malaysian R&B “quintet”:http://www.ve-groove.com, watched my nephews & niece grow up, an affair with an (almost)superstar, sneaked my way into movie theatres, failed relationships, acquired my jobs(full-time & freelances) with my own damn effort(thank you God & the people who gave me support), took more risks & falls at a very young age(maybe because I was being lazy), believe in the way of life I made for myself & the way I want it to be and many more…
I guess, 25 years of life, past, present & future, is a bit of memory overload. Oh well…
There is one thing I always expect to expect. I expect to learn something new everytime I see the white clouds moving silently against the blue sky. I expect myself to have more knowledge. I want to learn more. So much to learn, so little time.
At this moment, I’d like to know, what have I achieved?
Happy birthday to my brother, Nazmi, Hafiz Beckham & to my surprise, Ilman(aka Louie). Thanks for sharing the same birthday as mine. To the rest of the people of the world, happy birthday to you too. At least, I know I’m not alone. Happy birthday Nazrul.
Hah! Of all days! The home server motherboard just went, kappoot! Kaaaaaapooooooooooooot! Dammit! Why! Why!
In less than a week, I will turn a year older from the year of my birth. I hate birthdays. Only my own.
To you, I’m moving on for better pastures. Just like you always say to me, right?
Update: Less than 12 hours more to go… kill me please…
You can’t deny the importance of a feminine touch in any organisation or corporation. The balance of things will be kept in check, whenever there’s a woman in a company. Especially when you have a pretty co-worker who somehow, gets away with things. And especially the ones who wear sexy. Sexy.
When an angry & a mad crazy boss stands in front of his sexy-looking employee, he will somehow ends up being tamed by just that. All his blood, flows up into his head, tempted to shout his lungs out to the employee who ticked him off. By the moment the female employee walks into his room, the eyes moves from bottom to top, scanning the simplest pleasure any man can have. The employee walks closer and the boss becomes intoxicated by her perfume. She sits on the chair in front, the boss slowly sat upon his ten thousand dollar chair. She asked what is wrong, the boss stuttered. She leans forward to his table and instantly, all the blood from up goes down. Yeah, down there. Pukes in the mouth, worked by the hand.
Imagine, if the female co-worker is naturally sexy. That is even worse. Your blood will freeze.
This post has no intention to say bad things about women. I love women. It’s just some everyday facts in our everyday life.
