The best thing about when you’re giving up smoking, is when you’re able to save quite a sum of money. I had to admit, with my daily adventures getting out of this bind, it really does take a lot of willpower to overcome the urge. Here’s a round up of my misadventures so far.
A lot of sleeping
I can never put into good words what is happening now. Ever since I lay down the rule not to smoke, its been kindly replaced with a lot of sleeping. The moment I lay my head on my wet pillow, I just doze off & the sheeps never even get the chance to jump.
Increase in food consumption
Unbelieveable. I started to eat more than I should and luckily I get my exercise whenever I can. A lot of jogging & gym time is required. I ain’t going to be chubby again. Hell no!
h3. Less lethargic
This is happening for the best of me but at a very, very slow pace. Plus, my thoughts are little bit clear nowadays. And I think, I think, my complexion is getting better (no “Oil of Olay” shit is going on).
I have a long way to go, since I was a hardcore smoker. Wish me luck, wish me heaven.
Update: I’d be lying to myself if i didn’t admit that i’m still currently absorbing a limit of 2 sticks a day. Yeah, i know. It’s a shame.
